RIGID MACHINE STRUCTURE
One piece, 45 degree slant bed manufactured from high quality Meehanite cast iron, designed with 3D finite element analysis, then tempered and stress relieved for maximum stability and performance.
Extra wide, precision hardened and ground box slideways coated with Turate-B, provide outstanding wear resistance and heavy cutting capacity.
HYDRAULIC 3-JAW CHUCK
The hydraulic chuck is controlled by Foot pedal for convenience and efficincy. Larger diameter chucks are also available.
HYDRAULIC TAILSTOCK As a standard feature the tailstock quill is actuated by switch or 'M' function.
PROGRAMMABLE TAILSTOCK (OPTIONAL)
For even greater efficiency the tailstock body can be controlled by 'M' function.
HYDRAULIC TURRET
The turret is driven by hydraulic indexing motor and high precision clutch for trouble-free fast accurate positioning.
SPINDLE HEADSTOCK
The massive headstock constuction assures outstanding stability when performing heavy cutting.
HIGH PRECISION SPINDLE
The spindle runs on roller bearing and high precision angular contact ball bearings, providing superior axial and radial loading capability under heavy cutting conditions.
MANUAL/AUTOMATIC TOOL SETTER(OPTIONAL)
The tool setter options are for convenient tool setting, wear compensation and breakage detection.
