Newtech is organization the objective of which is to provide all-round services in the field of machine tools and sheet metalworking machines sales and supplies. The technicians, production engineers and sales staff representing our team have years of experience in the field of production, sale and application of the mentioned commodity. Our sales program includes the full product line of the Japanese manufacturer Mori Seiki, Belgian company LVD. and italian producer Comac.


Mori Seiki obviously does not need any special introduction, as it is known as one of the three largest Japanese machine tools manufacturers, which in his 50 years’ long history counts on more than 100 thousand worldwide installed machines. The production program represents the whole range of machines tools from the vertical and horizontal machining centers to the lathes and Swiss type turning machines. All these products are characterized by perfect technical workmanship, outstanding parameters and high reliability.

LVD is one of the few world-leading manufacturers in the given sphere who cover the entire assortment of metal-sheet working machinery, from shears, punch presses, press brakes to laser cutting systems. Also, it is not rare to find LVD equipment applied in various regions of the world as a custom-made installed automated workplace for the manufacture, handling, and possibly storage of various sheet metal parts.

Since over 25 years Comac designs and manufactures machines for bending sections and it's renowned for the quality of the product and the experience in solving any bending problem. His specific mission is to supply flexible and reliable bending rolls to match with customer's expectations for all the life cycle, with nearly no maintenance requirements.

We have established a close cooperation with our partners and are fully supported by them. Our sales and technical staff have already passed through a several stages of training, which will continue according to the plan of permanent education and cooperation. We can also fully rely on additional service support of both companies through their European technical centers in Stuttgart and Gullegem.

As to spare parts, we are creating safety stock of common fast wear-out parts. The other larger or atypical parts will be delivered directly from “European Spare Parts Centers” of both partners allowings us shipping the majority of part within 24 hours.

We understand that these products are in many cases used for higher technological applications when machines, to be productively exploited, require for additional accessories like fixtures, clamping devices feeders, loaders and eventually robots. Our plan is to gradually build up an application capability able to offer the project and implementation services even in this particular field. This intention counts, on one hand, on Mori Seiki application center support and, on the other hand, on the cooperation with our long-term partner and associate Meritage Inc. which is the largest machine tools distributor in the U.S.A with a wide application experience in various branches of industry.
