INNSE-BERARDI
In January 1997 the CAMOZZI GROUP buys the Berardi S.p.A. and in July of the same year it buys alse the INNSE Machine Tools thus creating the basis for the Italian pole of the machines tool.
Today the GROUP made up by the BERARDI S.p.A. and the INNSE Machine Tools S.p.A. entering into the international scene, incorporating also some trade-marks such as the RETCO GmbH in Munich which is a company operating in the field of dedicated machines and leader in the production of lines in the "Automotive" sector, Ceruti and Oerlikon.
