Kao Fong applies CAD/CAM for research and development to satisfy customer demands and raise production efficiency.
With strong electrical control and R&D background, Kao Fong machines can be equipped with a variety of control specification and PC-based controller. In order to stay on top in technology, Kao Fong has cooperated with many research institutes both domestic and abroad to gain advanced functions and latest control software updates.
We plan to develop in Linear Motor and Horizontal Machining Center to meet the customer's request in the future.

Kao Fong has obtained the ISO9002 certificate since 1995 and TUV ISO-9001:2000 certificate since 2001 which prove its efficient standard management in contracting, designing , procuring, manufacturing, inspection and shipping .
Our product has won the Symbol of Excellence Winner many times.
We've applied many instruments, such as high precision, 3-Dimensional Probe System, HP laser Calibration instrument and Ballbar Test to check the position accuracy of our machines. The entire test is based on standard JIS and the machines go through 72 hours of continuous run to make sure all functions operate at best condition.
Manufacturing We've imported several high quality machines form Japan, like MAZAK Horizontal Machining Center, MAKINO Horizontal Machining Center, THOSHIBA Horizontal Boring Center and SUMITOMO Bridge-Type Grinding Machine to perform the machining process efficiency and accuracy.
Assembling
The subcontract system made us divide the work and reduced a lot of human resources in the workshop. Our assembly line also adapted self-inspection rule to make stable and precise products.
