July 3, 2008

Hi all

Today i am going to tell you how to get the most from Findamachine services for FREE.

1) Make sure we can find your lathes on your stock lists by naming each machine with the make and model. By just putting make for example ‘Ajax lathe’ and a size our search engine will not find it.

2) For machine tool builders - make sure you have added all your lathe / turning machine specifications to our database to be added into the search engine.

3) Check your contact details in your company profile are correct and also select the sales contact for your company. This will ensure enquiries get through to you successfully.

4) Select from ‘types of machines sold’ in your company profile both the new and used machine types and makes that you sell. This will add your company to the specific directories.

5) Add a description about your company for customers to read about who you are.

6) Make sure we have all your online stock list URL’s in your machinery management system. Our search engine only searches the stock lists that we tell it too ! If you have a URL to add to our search engine please contact us by phone or email and we will gladly add it.

7) Register for an account on Findamachine News where you can promote your products and services by adding company news, press releases or ask our community a question etc.
